The  2008 Regular Session of the Legislature (3/31/2008 - 6/23/2008)

An enrolled bill is a bill that has made it all the way through the legislative process, passed both bodies, and if it was changed in the process, both bodies have agreed to the changes.
Enrollment means the bill is in its final form and is therefore sent to the governor. He can sign it, let it become law without his signature, or veto it.
Resolutions and constitutional amendments do not need the governor's signature.
